These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and 298win ("298win", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing all access to and use of the 298win website, mobile interface, games, sports-betting services and any related products offered under the domain 298win.cam.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

The Platform does not claim to be licensed, approved, authorised or endorsed by any Pakistani government body, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani financial institution.

In these Terms, the following expressions carry the meanings assigned below unless context requires otherwise:

To register and use the 298win Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable law in your country of residence.
• You are a natural person and not a corporate entity, trust or other legal entity.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register or subject to any operator-imposed exclusion at the time of registration.
• You have not previously had an Account closed or suspended by 298win for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law, or where accessing the Platform is otherwise unlawful.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director or close associate of 298win, its affiliates or its technology/gaming providers.

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. The registration process requires accurate, complete and current personal information. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure with forfeiture of funds.

As part of our KYC obligations, 298win may request documentary evidence to verify your identity, age, address and payment method. Accepted documents typically include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photo identification (e.g., CNIC, passport, driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
• Documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period notified by 298win may result in restrictions on withdrawals, bonus access or account functionality. The Platform reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until all KYC documentation is satisfactorily provided and verified.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity carried out under your Account credentials is deemed to be your activity. Notify 298win support immediately if you believe your Account has been accessed without authorisation.

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the methods, limits and processing times published in the Platform's cashier section at the time of the transaction. The following general principles apply:

• Currency: Accounts may be denominated in PKR or such other supported currencies as the Platform specifies. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are determined by 298win.
• Minimum Deposits: A minimum deposit threshold applies per transaction. Current minimums are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts that have satisfied all applicable KYC requirements.
• Bonus Conditions: Where a bonus has been claimed, the applicable wagering requirements must be met before any withdrawal of associated funds is permitted.
• Processing Times: 298win does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing times. Timescales depend on the selected method and internal verification requirements. No liability is accepted for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Payment Methods: Familiar Pakistani payment channels — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may be referenced as contextual examples. Their inclusion does not constitute an affiliation with, endorsement of, or confirmation of active support by those providers. Refer to the current cashier for verified available methods.

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers and VIP tier rewards offered by 298win are subject to specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer. These Terms apply as a general framework; individual promotional terms prevail on specific points of conflict between a promotion's rules and this document.

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. 298win reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on account history, jurisdiction or other factors.
• A user may not hold more than one welcome or deposit bonus simultaneously unless specifically permitted by a published promotion.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the promotional terms. Bonuses that expire before requirements are met will be voided without compensation.
• Bonus funds are ring-fenced and must not be withdrawn directly. Only winnings that exceed the wagering requirement threshold are eligible for withdrawal.
• 298win reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, provided that obligations already created by a player's valid participation in a promotion are honoured.
• Bonus abuse — including, without limitation, arbitrage betting, matched betting strategies designed to exploit promotions, or the use of multiple accounts to claim promotions multiple times — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.

Any cashback, reload or VIP tier-reward figures quoted elsewhere on the Platform are illustrative examples only. Actual values are set out in individual promotional terms and are subject to change.

All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market or game. The following general principles apply across all betting and gaming activities:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be altered, cancelled or withdrawn by the User except where a specific "cash-out" or cancellation feature is offered and exercised within the permitted window.
• 298win reserves the right to void any bet that was placed based on erroneous odds, prices or information caused by a technical malfunction, human error or data-feed failure.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, 298win's decision — based on available official data sources — is final and binding.
• For cricket betting (including PSL, ICC tournaments and bilateral series), results and markets are settled in accordance with official scorecards from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, PCB).
• Live (in-play) bets are accepted subject to the Platform's stated rules on connectivity and data integrity. 298win is not liable for outcomes caused by delayed data feeds affecting in-play markets.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per bet and per market. These limits are displayed at the point of placing a bet and may be adjusted by 298win without prior notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms. 298win reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any Account found to be engaged in or connected to any of the following:

• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment instruments; providing false identification; or accessing the Platform under false pretences.
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or facilitate any transaction that constitutes an offence under applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other users to manipulate game outcomes, share cards, signal strategies in live dealer games or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Abuse of bonuses: Creating multiple accounts or using any method to claim promotions in a manner not intended by 298win, including systematic exploitation of welcome offers.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any automated system to place bets, interact with the Platform or extract data.
• Technical exploitation: Attempting to exploit software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in the Platform's games or systems for financial gain.
• Underage gambling: Attempting to access the Platform while under the minimum age threshold.

All content on the 298win Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, design elements, text, graphics, software, game interfaces and data compilations — is the exclusive property of 298win or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal gambling and entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, distribution or public display of any Platform content without prior written consent from 298win;
• Modification, reverse engineering, decompilation or creation of derivative works from any Platform software;
• Use of 298win trademarks, brand names or visual identity elements for any commercial purpose without authorisation.

The collection, use, storage and processing of personal data provided by Users is governed by the 298win Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

298win collects personal data only to the extent necessary to operate accounts, process transactions, comply with KYC and AML obligations, and maintain the security and integrity of the Platform. Personal data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

298win is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable users. The Platform provides tools that allow Users to manage their gambling behaviour, including:

• Deposit limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount they deposit into their Account.
• Loss limits: Users may set a maximum tolerable loss over a defined period.
• Session-time limits: Users may restrict the duration of individual gambling sessions.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporary suspensions of Account access, ranging from 24 hours to several weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanent or long-term exclusion from the Platform, available upon request via the support team.

Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory review period. Self-exclusion, once activated, cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive loss or damage arising from or connected to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of profits, revenues, data or business opportunity resulting from Platform downtime, errors or technical interruptions;
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game content providers or data-feed suppliers;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information or content published on the Platform for purposes other than personal gambling entertainment;
• Losses attributable to your breach of these Terms or your failure to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Gambling inherently involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose money placed as wagers and that 298win does not guarantee any level of return, winnings or outcomes.

298win reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, reasonable notice will be provided via a notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on your Account.

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the effective date.

The date at the top of these Terms indicates when they were last reviewed. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law in the jurisdiction of the Platform's operating licence. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through informal negotiation will be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts or dispute-resolution body designated by the operator's licence terms.
